This full day, 300-kilometer (186 miles) round trip, hiking experience operates November-April.

Your day starts with pickup at your Vancouver accommodation before heading out of the city in one of our fully-licenced, spacious, 4-wheel drive SUV’s. We’ll head north along the famous Sea-to-Sky Highway, renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty and dramatic views.

Discover two of British Columbia’s best waterfalls…

You will explore two of our favorite waterfalls (Shannon and Alexander) along the way. At each site, we’ll enjoy short, leisurely walking trails. Both waterfalls possess their own distinct style and charm. (In the months that snow is present, you will snowshoe to the waterfalls – snowshoes provided.)

8am start times – Friday & Saturday: With an earlier arrival into Whistler you will have four hours of free time to explore the village at your leisure before heading back to Vancouver.

Some of our favorite activities include the Peak to Peak Gondola, Cross Country skiing, the Whistler Tube Park, and indoor activities like the Squamish Lil’Wat Cultural Center or the Audain Art Museum.

(Highlight of early start time: arrive in the village early enough to enjoy daytime activities.)

10am start times – Monday – Thursday: Explore the winter wonderland that is Whistler and grab a bite to eat! Take a stroll through the village admiring the village’s festive lights, and maybe take to the rink for outdoor ice skating before rejoining the group for the journey back to Vancouver.

(Highlight of later start time: later arrival in the village means you will see how beautiful the village lights are after sunset.)

If you prefer more trail time among the ancient cedars, please check out our Private – Winter Waterfall Hike & Whistler tour.
