Not only is this hike gorgeous in the summer, it’s stunning in the winter too! Enjoy snowshoeing up a smooth and wide trail with ample views of mountains and valleys. See the countless trees covered with snow. Snowshoeing to Joffre Lakes is not technical and is great for beginners looking for a bit more of a challenge.

Joffre Lakes Guided Winter Hike

Pick-up Time:7 AM

  • Pick-up from Canada Place or your Accomodation
  • Drive up the scenic Sea-to-Sky Highyway to trailhead (approx. 2 hours)
     

Start Hike:9:30 AM

  • Hike at a leisure pace, with ample breaks along the way
  • Packed lunch at 2nd or 3rd Lake
  • Time to enjoy the scenery
  • Head back down mountain
  • Reach vehicle around 2:30 PM
  • Drive back to Vancouver

Approx. Drop-off Time:6 PM
