Sweat it out on the way up and breathe it in at the top. At BeWild! we like to connect the physical and mental challenge of a hike and the relaxation and deep sense of presence of a yoga session.

And what a more powerful place to do this than the legendary Stawamus Chief (Siyám Smánit) that proudly stands like a respected leader overlooking our town, the blue waters of Howe Sound, and the snowy peaks of Garibaldi (Nch’kay).

A moderate fitness level is required to do this hike, but no previous yoga experience needed to join us. Take a deep breath, disconnect from the hectic reality of life, and let our certified hiking guide and yoga instructor help you feel totally refreshed!
