Effective Immediately, Until Further Notice.

Bookings made in 2021 are subject to 100% refund for cancellations up to 24 hours prior to your booked tour. We are making every effort to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience given the uncertainty COVID-19 has brought upon our guests.

*No refunds if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Receive 100% refund on booking cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to the booked date. 50% on cancellations up to 48 hours prior. No refunds if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
