Covid-19 Measures

The health and safety of our guests and guides is our top priority. In accordance to government mandates and safety guidelines from the PHO and WorkSafe BC, we have put special measures in place to keep guests and guides safe both during and after your activity.

Stringent Cleaning

– We’ve increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our vehicles between each tour.

– Hand sanitizer and masks will be available to all of our guests who do not have their own.

Social Distancing

– Masks will be mandatory during vehicle transportation and whenever physical distancing is not possible.

– Physical distancing is encouraged during all walking points of the tour (minimum of 2 meters).

– We also ensure that all staff members will be wearing the necessary PPE.

Wellness Checks

– Employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free.

– If you have traveled outside of Canada, please do not book a tour with us until you have self-isolated for a minimum of 14 days.

– If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your tour.

– Until Covid protocols like these are no longer required, our cancelation policy will be amended to full refunds up to the day before the event (conditions apply; contact us for details).
